After working 2 morning shifts in a row this week (which means I have to wake up at 4am, yikes!) waking up at 9:30am was GLORIOUS. It felt like such a treat to ease into the day with a late morning workout. Too bad I have another killer early morning shift tomorrow.
At the moment I am a ball of anxiety. 1. I’m waiting to hear back from a job I really want. 2. I’m supposed to find out whether or not I passed my group fit exam this week. I feel like I’m 17 years old all over again waiting for my college acceptance letter.
So about spinning in a bikini….
I am alllll about strange and unusual workouts, but spinning in the water, uhwhatnow?

You better believe it. Enter: Aqua, New York’s first aqua spinning studio (who even knew that was a thing). I am just so intrigued and confused all at once that I am now dying to try it. I’m not so sure how I feel about spinning in a bikini though…
Manhattan is definitely home to every quirky workout out there– trampoline, pole dancing, aerial yoga, and of course my beloved flying trapeze (you bet my back muscles are thanks to flying). But just because it’s quirky does it make it a good workout?
what’s the strangest workout you’ve ever tried?
would you take an aqua-spin class?
