Just wanted to say a quick “hi” before I head off to bed! I had an amazing and busy weekend starting off with a huge family dinner Friday celebrating my Grandpa’s 85th birthday in Little Italy. Saturday I finally saw Matilda on Broadway (loved it!) and today the boy and I enjoyed a mini adventure to Governor’s Island.

Monday– ran 30ish minutes + barre
Tuesday – Uplift Strength done
Wednesday – barre + 6 mile run
Thursday – strength training
Friday– 6 mile run
Saturday – REST
Sunday – strength training
This Week:
Monday: barre + run 5 miles
Tuesday: trapeze + uplifting strength
Wednesday barre + run 5 miles
Thursday: run 8 or fhitting room
friday: uplifting strength
saturday: rest
sunday: run 8 or fhitting room
Off to bed for me! Hoping to make it to a 6am barre class before my 8am chem lecture. Wee bit ambitious!
