Happy Monday! I don’t know about you but my weekend flew by… come Monday morning I’m always wishing I had another day off to sleep in. Oh well!
It was another lame week of workouts for me. My snooze button has been getting a whole lotta action recently, so early morning workouts haven’t been happening all too often. I also know I have to prioritize school work over sweaty time which is really hard for me. When you love working out and hate reading about the meiosis of yeast it’s so difficult to convince yourself that homework is more important than working out. I also know that socializing is super important so when my two best friends wanted to go on a spur of the moment Macy’s shopping trip, I couldn’t resist and skipped my workout in favor of gossiping with shopping with my two best friends.
A very optimistic Kayla would say “I’ll try harder this week! I’m going to wake up super early before class every day!” but I’m a bit more realistic than that and no some days that’s not realistic. I’m still learning how to balance school, work, friendships, the boy and my love for fitness and it ain’t easy when you have midterms round two coming up. So for this week my goal is to simply do my best to squeeze in some “me” time and workout 6 days.

Tuesday– dance class + strength class at Reebok Sports Club
Wednesday –barre
Thursday – nada
Friday– spin + Uplift Strength
Saturday– rest
Sunday– yoga
This Week
Monday– 5 mile run
Tuesday – uplift strength
Wednesday – barre + cardio of some sort
Thursday – uplift strength
Friday – TBD most likely spin
Saturday – rest
Sunday – The Fhitting Room (HIIT)
