No exaggeration, Shanna Tyler is one of my favorite people in the wellness space. She’s one of those people that I know is just going to change the freaking world and I’m honored to think of her as a friend.
Shanna Tyler is a Jersey girl with a passion for self love, mental health and healthy lifestyle. Currently based in NYC, she wears many hats: yoga teacher, lifestyle blogger, care coordinator, and founder of Self, Soul, Sport.Whether at her job, gym, or supermarket, Shanna’s top passion is connecting with others and, perhaps, making their day a bit brighter. I like to think this is evident in today’s episode. I swear I was in the best mood EVER after recording this episode. Shanna just has that effect on people.
I love what she’s creating, the message she’s sharing and I know she’s on the path to greatness. This episode will leave you hyped up and smiling. Promise.
