Funny story about today’s podcast guest, Ashley Pratt: We met almost 10 years ago on a teen tour in Europe. Now all these years later we’ve reconnected over our mutual love of yoga and wellness. Crazy how things like that happen, right?
Ashley Pratt is a certified yoga instructor, holistic health coach, and avid health foodie living in Brooklyn with her husband and dog. She created Investmintbaker.com with the mission to share healthy recipes and lifestyle inspirations to encourage others to invest in their health.
She truly embodies the definition of what it means to live and WELL-rounded life and believes if something makes you feel good, you can call it healthy.
I had SO much freaking fun chatting with her and love how open and honest she is about everything.
