On the latte front I definitely prefer mine iced. There’s nothing better than a cool and refreshing but also caffeinated drink after a sweaty workout.
This take on your typical latte uses yerba mate. While I love me some tea, I tend to prefer to energy jolt from coffee and espresso drinks. What can I say, I’m a tired New Yorker. One cup of yerba mate actually contains 78 mg of caffeine, which is just a tiny bit lower than the 85 mg typically in a cup of coffee. If ya don’t know, now you KNOW. Jump start your morning with this delicious concoction.
