What. A. Week. I dunno about you, but I could definitely use some zen vibes right about now.
I recorded this video for IGTV (hence why it’s shot vertically) but also wanted to share here.
This super simple breathing exercise is one of my favorites and will leave you feeling a bazillion times more zen and grounded in less than 3 minutes. I especially love this exercise because you can do it just about anywhere — driving, walking, riding on the very empty subway. You get the gist.
Simply,
Inhale for a count of 4.
Hold the breath for a count of 7
And then exhale for a count of 8.
Repeat 3-4 times for instant zen vibes 🙂
