I’m really excited to share a little video workout I made for you combining yoga, cardio and strength moves.
I’ve been seeing SO many Livestream videos from my favorite fitness instructors and studios. It’s truly amazing… but also kind of overwhelming. I wanted to design a workout you can do on your own schedule, but I also wanted it to be something quick. I personally haven’t been feeling 60-minute workouts right now (and that’s okay!)
This workout is quick. It’s gonna get your heart rate up. And I hope it brightens your day just a little bit. Let me know if you try it out and what you think!
