Today I got another Quarantine Quickie for you. This one is a bit more focused on glutes and core but will still get your heart rate UP in 10 minutes. Promise.
These little quickies are designed so that you can do it on your own schedule (no having to tune into a live stream) and so that they’re quick — I know I haven’t felt motivated to do a full 60-minute workout since this all started. This one is also equipment free, if you have a yoga mat great! If not you can still make it work.
