Getting used to working out at home has definitely been a weird transition. My apartment is pretty small and anytime I want to unroll my yoga mat for a flow or Bar Method class it requires a whole lot of furniture maneuvering. I’m sure many fellow apartment dwellers can relate.
Today I’m super excited to partner with adidas to share an energizing yoga flow that you can easily do at home. It’s perfect for right after you wake-up or if you’re feeling that mid-afternoon slump. I know I’ve been struggling to find the motivation to do long yoga classes which is why I’ve been loving making short yoga videos. They’re quick but still help you connect to your breath and find a moment of mindful during the day.
When spotted this super fun Tie Dye pattern on the adidas website I knew I NEEDED it. How cute is it? I’m all about this tie dye craze… and I’m also all about the biker shorts. They’ve been my go-to while I’m working out at home because my apartment gets HOT and I’m usually working out right next to the radiator in my apartment since it’s where I have the space to move 😂
