I’ve always loved using this time of year as a time to reflect. Growing up, I’d write an extensive diary entry about what happened that previous year. Almost every year since I started my blog I’ve written an end of year wrap up reflecting on the previous year. This year of course feels so different. Looking back at what I wrote at the end of 2019 is WEIRD, to say the least.

Journaling has been a super helpful way for me to reflect and take a step back to look at where I’m currently at. Last year I offered 31 journaling prompts to help reflect on the previous year and also set some new intentions for the year ahead.
This year I’m once again offering 31 end of the year journaling prompts. The idea is to do a prompt every day in December. Some of them are the same as last year, some different to reflect on the unexpected shitshow of a year that just went down…
I invite you to take even just 5 minutes every day to jot down some thoughts on the following prompts — I’ll be sharing some of mine on Instagram and giving a daily reminder, too.
