Every December I like to take a step back and reflect on the previous year. I personally have found journaling to be a super helpful way for me to sort through all the highs and lows. Journaling also allows me to start thinking about the intentions I want to set for the year ahead.
I think this is my third or fourth year of sharing end-of-the-year journaling prompts. Over the years I’ve tried to tweak them to keep them relevant to the current times, but many of them have stayed the same.
The first batch of questions are all about looking back and reflecting on 2021 while the final questions are focused on looking ahead to the new year.
I invite you to join me in answering one prompt every day in December. I’ll also be sharing daily reminders on Instagram plus the opportunity for you to share some of your own insights and reflections.
I hope this process is helpful and insightful 💗
