I sign up for a group fitness class I know I'll LOVE

Get a buddy!

I plan a workout with a friend to keep me accountable. Plus it's more fun!

Just start!

I'll give myself 15 minutes. If at that point I'm still not feeling it, I can stop!

Listen to your body!

Sometimes not wanting to workout is actually a cue from my body that I need REST! And what's exactly what I'll do.
