Introduce yourself!
Whether you're a regular or newbie introduce yourself! Once an instructor gets to know you they will be able to offer you additional challenges or modifications
Arrive on time and stay to the end
Don’t skip out on the warmup or cool down!
If you absolutely have to leave class early, let the instructor know beforehand and choose a spot closer to the door.
Switch it up!
Variety is the spice of life as they say. Don't be afraid to switch it up and try all different kinds of group fitness classes.
