HOW TO DO DOWNWARD FACING DOG
1. Start in a high plank
2. Lift your hips up and back

3. Spread wide through your fingers

4. Press your chest towards your thighs

5. Anchor your heels towards the floor (it's okay if they don't touch!)

6. One last thing: Soften your knees and use that to lift your hips up more.
You can keep your knees bent or extend them again.
