SUPINE TWIST

Draw your knees into your chest, and then let your knees fall to the left.  Hold for 4-8 breaths and switch sides

WRIST STRETCH

Come into a table top position. Flip your fingers so your forearms are foward.

DOWNWARD DOG

Lift your hips up and back. Option to pedal out your feet.

ANJANAYASANA WITH CACTUS ARMS

Step your right foot forward. Stack your knee over your ankle. Cactus your arms for a chest stretch.

HAMSTRING STRETCH

Lengthen your front leg and flex your front foot.

SIDE BEND

Stand up and grab your left wrist with your right hand. Bend towards the right.
