3 Yoga Poses for People That Sit at a Desk All Day

Have you been sitting at a desk all day? Do these yoga poses throughout the day or after!

Seated Spinal Twist

Give your low back a major release with this seated twist. Hold for 4 rounds of breath. On your inhales grow taller an as you exhale twist deeper if it feels okay for you

Puppy Pose

This pose will feel fabulous after potentially being hunched of over your desk (or a phone!) Hold for 4-8 breaths and focus on melting your chest towards the floor.

Low Lunge (Anjaneyasana)

Sitting puts your hips in a flexed position (think like a right angle). A deep low lunge like this will actively stretch your hip flexor after being in that position.
