Child's Pose

Bring your big toes to touch and spread your knees out wide. Take a few breaths and think about melting your chest towards the floor with each exhale

Easy Pose

Sit down and cross your legs in front of you. Close your eyes and place one hand over your heart and the other anywhere on the front side of your body. Pause here and breathe.

Forward Fold

Hinge forward at your hips and hang over your legs. You have the option to bend your knees. With each exhale try to bring your chest more towards your thighs.
