3 Things To Focus On in Chair Pose

Chair pose or Utkatasana is a yoga pose you'll frequently see in vinyasa-style classes. Check your form with these quick tips.

Tip #1: 

Put you weight into your heels. I like to wiggle my toes to make sure I'm not shifting my weight forward.

Look down at your toes: Can you see them? If not pull your knees further back.

If your arms are lifted, rotate your pinkies inwards and use that to pull your shoulders down away from your ears.
