How to Read More Books

In 2020 I set a goal to read 52 books that year. I hit my goal and have continued to read a book a week. I used to only read about 1-2 books a month. Here's how I started to read more books:

1. I read books I like! If I like what I'm reading, I'll be excited to make the time to read.

2. I noticed the times in the day that I was spending time scrolling social media or watching TV. I started to use that time to read instead.

3. I found my favorite reading spot in my apartment. I used to only read before bed. But I learned to love reading on my couch in the early evening as a way to wind down from the work day.
