10 WELLNESS GOALS YOU SHOULD SET FOR 2022

1. Find a workout you love (and that brings you joy!)

2. Level up on a specific exercise  (i.e. do X amount of pushups on my toes or X amount of unassisted pull-ups

3. Try on new-to-you workout every month.

4. Up the intensity of an exercise that's feeling easy by using heavier weights.

5. Hit a new running goal

6. Commit to taking at least one rest day a week.

7. Try a new style of yoga you've never done before.

8. Eat meals  phone-free

9. Drink one glass of water first thing in the morning.

10. Ban cellphones from your bedroom (and endless scrolling before you go to bed!)
