3 THINGS TO FOCUS ON IN WARRIOR 3

Warrior 3 or Virabhadrasana III is a common balance to see in yoga classes. It can be a bit tricky to figure out. Here are a few tips for this yoga pose.

Tip #1

Think about creating a capital t-shape with your body -- creating a long line from the top of your head to your foot.

Tip #2

Flex your back foot like your stamping something out behind you.
