4 hamstring stretches to do right now

Got tight hamstrings?

I got you! Do these 4 yoga poses to help stretch your hamstrings. Hold each pose for about 6-8 breaths or 1-minute each side.

HALF SPLIT

Stack your left hip over your left knee and straighten your right leg as much as you can. Flex your right foot, too!

TRIANGLE

Shift your left hip back as much as you can and then slowly lower down over your right leg. Spiral your torso so your left shoulder stacks on your right.

PYRAMID

Straight your legs as much as possible and then slowly lower down. Pull your right hip back as your press your left hip forward.

STRAP STRETCH

Hook a strap (or sweat shirt!!) over the arch of your foot. Bend your elbows towards your body to deepen the stretch.
