Do these 4 stretches! Hold each one for about 8 rounds of breath

Lie on your back and cross your right ankle over your left knee. You can stay here or grab your left hamstring and pull your leg into your body

Stack your right knee over your left and draw your ankles towards your body. As you inhale sit up tall, as you exhale start to walk your hands forward.

Step your right foot outside of your right hand and turn your toes out slightly. You can rock back and forth or lower down to your elbows.

Bridge
Lie down and step your feet to hips width distance apartment. Walk your heels toward your body so you can touch your heels. Lift your hips up off of the floor for a stretch.
