5 Fitness Goals To Set That Have Nothing To Do With Losing Weight

There is SO much more to working out than losing weight which is why I wanted to share some ideas for goals in that realm that have nothing to do with weight loss. Also: You don’t need to have a fitness goal at all.

GOAL #1: Find the workout you love (and that brings you joy to do!)

GOAL #2: Level up in a specific exercise (i.e. do X amount of pushups on my toes or X amount of unassisted pull-ups)

GOAL #3: Try one new-to-you workout every month.

GOAL #4: Up the intensity of an exercise by using heavier weights

GOAL #5: Hit a new running goal
