HOW TO DO: WARRIOR II

Virabhadrasana II

Start in downward facing dog

Sweep your right leg up and back

Step your right foot through in-between your hands. Align your knee over your ankle.

Cartwheel your arms up and open into a Warrior II

Keep your right knee stacked over your ankle

Turn your left toes forward a little bit and press the outside edge of your foot down

Extend your arms out long and relax your shoulders down.

Congrats! You just did a Warrior II!
