Bring your big toes to touch and then spread your knees out wide. Extend your arms out in front of you and breathe.
Start in a tabletop position. On your inhale, drop your belly and extend your chest forward. As you exhale, press into your hands to round your spine.
Bend your knees a lot and fold over your legs. Option to hold onto opposite elbows with your hands.
Lie down on your back and hug your knees into your chest. Gently rock side to side.
Lie down and hug your knees into your chest. Let you knees fall to the left side and then extend your arms out into a T or cactus shape.
