Quick  Tabata-Style Oblique Workout

Tabata is a style of interval training typically consisting of 20 seconds of effort, followed by 10 seconds of rest or active recovery. Traditionally, you'll repeat this pattern 8 times total for 4 minutes. This combination of intense effort and rest spikes your heart rate.
