Working Out Is NOT a Punishment

It's a celebration of what your body can do. Instead of focusing on the fact that you have to workout, flip the script:  I am grateful that I GET to workout.

The Scale Doesn't Tell the Whole Story

The scale doesn't show the full transformation. Progress, be it getting stronger, upping your stamina, or feeling more energized, can't be shown on a scale.

Working Out Won't Solve Everything

Working out is amazing, but it won't change everything. All the endorphins in the world won't make you happy if other parts of your life aren't aligned.

Forget About the Before/After Picture

Your fitness journey is still a journey even if you don't have a before/after picture to show for it.  Not all transformations can be seen in a photo. Working out helped me with my anxiety and stress. It helped me become a more confident person. You can't see that in a before/after pic.
